Theres just no possible way for this game to have a 5.5 rating. Theres like thousands of reasons why. First of, the gameplay is tremendously fun and challenging. It brings back some old Ace Combat features and theres new ones as well. Theres a new mode called Dog Fight mode or DFM, and it can be used to track your enemy's six and take him down with precision which makes the game feel more fun and intense. This game is also somewhat of a blood and gore game with the way the jets blow up after they get shot down. Instead of blood, you see oil splatter over the screen and the wings and tail also break off the plane creating the impression of limbs of a person ripping off. Cool huh? I thought so. Anyway, theres also new type of flying vehicles in this game such as bombers, helicopters, and you can even be the door gunner of a Blackhawk. This makes the game feel similar to a Call of Duty or Battlefield game. The online is also very fun, intense, and challenging. Overall the game is truely amazing and very intense. If youre really into flying combat games or simply want a game that will make you say, "HOLY SMOKES", then this is the game for you to purchase, NOT RENT, BUY.
