Age of Empires III: Gold Edition User Review
I have felt like I have played this game before.

I think this is a very similar game that I believe that I have played before.(Hint hint Rise of nations!!) I think that age of empires 3 is like the colonial age in Rise of Nations which is the same as this game. I don't believe all the hype on this game. It has good graphics and game play but it felt like I have played this before.
Graphics: Excellent for 2005 standards which I cant play on the relay high settings. I enjoy all of the games graphics
Gameplay: I have felt like I have played Rise of Nations Colonial age I don't think it should deserve all of the hype. It does not even have a conquer the world map on it.
Campaign: I have not played the campaign but I heard the voice acting was bad in it. (But all videogame voice acting is bad) I just think the campaign may seem to short.
Sound: Classic AOE game sound effects from the first games.
I would give it a final verdict 6.5/10

Good:
-Fun multiplayer
-Good music
-Good graphics
BAD
- I felt like I played this before
- It has bad acting
- Makes my laptop have a loud sound to it when I put it in.

The skirmish and online features of the game are great but the campaign has repetition and gets boring very quickly.....

Age of Empires 3 is one of the best RTS games I have ever had the privilege of playing.
