Hmm..the American patriots don't seem to be the enemy in ACIII so it doesn't make much sense for the Spanish Empire to be the enemy in this one since they were allied to the Americans during the revolution..

However if that's the direction they're taking this game in then I assume the main Templar enemy would have to be Alejandro Oreilly because he was the Spanish governor of Louisiana that crushed the rebellion this game takes place in.

But on a deeper level who is this main character defending? The French? I doubt she'd rather be under French rule since they had Louisiana in worse shape. If she's fighting for freedom then why would she work with the rebellion that aimed to restore French Imperial rule to the colony...not freedom...either way I'm interested in finding out when it's released! :)

You play as a girl. I have noting against playing as a girl, Heavenly Sword for instance and a bit of Bayonetta. More power to the girls is what i say to my gf, but strangely this girl is making it less appealing to me. Perhaps a touch up on the boobs would be exactly what would do it and more booty please. Perhaps a bounce the booty mini game, id like that and with panties on just before doing a assassination. What? O_o I like booty when im staring at the screen watching a girl walk it. What? Im a booty man, I even sit back and stare at my lady hypnotize by it and my hunny like to get her girlfriend to (well that's another story), but Its a deal breaker. Throw me a bone here.

Don't know if you're just trolling, or just living as an ignorant person.The game clearly wouldn't run on the 3DS, that device is not capable.Besides I don't think the 3DS' small screen is fit to have an Assassins in it. While the Vita's monster quad-core processor and 5" OLED screen, is probably going give the best results out there.

Looks great. Its going to suck when it gets a review. Probably a 7.0 because its probably going to be exactly like the AC revelations. I don't understand why that would lower a score. A portable game getting the exact gameplay and length as console game, but its happened. wipeout 2048 got a lowered score for not reinventing the wheel, but I own 2048 and I know its just as fun, long and hard as the ps3 versions.

@StJerK Well, from what I've read this game is going to be great, the amount of E3 awards is just amazing. But I don't know how you got the opinion of it going to "Suck" from just a trailer, what I clearly see is a very promising game, It has the same Engine as AC 3 - so the game is obviously going to be a much "smoother" and more "enhanced" experience than AC Revelations.I don't know about you, but this game is probably going to be the best Vita game, we just need to wait and see for more information on it.

shadow do you really think so? ammount E3 awards normally dont amount to nothing except how popular a game is going to be, getting one E3 award just means its going to be good or at least decent, getting more just means its more mainstream.

The game is obviously going to be good it got 18 E3 awards and said to be the best Vita game. Its no surprise a game of this caliber is coming out and I can assure you there a lot more to come. This is why I bought a Vita at launch and never regretted it. I'm happy to support a system like Vita and I still can't believe there are PS3 owner who bash the Vita... I believe handhelds are what separate gamers from posers and theres a lot of PS3 posers...

@shadow-crow yeheeess !! say it and say it loud !!! it looks pretty ps3 quality in my palms to me!! Maybe its the ds owners that are complaining cos they have shit handhelds. The vita hasn't even gotten started yet and look at some of the quality games were getting. Roll on gturismo, ghost recon and maybe a new mg solid. Is that a psp vita in your pocket or are you pleased to see me??....no love its a psp vita AND ITS MORE FUN !! :)

If you don't like it, then don't buy it. As far this being a VITA game, I say about friggin time the VITA gets a game worth playing. The system is almost as powerful as a full PS3 system but in your hands. So far none of the games to date actually use anywhere close to this power. I'm shocked that this is the first game to do so, considering the fact that PS3 is so hard to program for and SONY made the VITA so easy. I'm sick of all the lack luster ports to the VITA... if the devs start actually making good games that utilize this systems power, then it will out sell the 3DS. It's not necessarily about graphics as it is about game length, playtime, quality, and features. More power means bigger and better games. Some games on XBOX360 need multiple disks where as on PS3 only 1 disk. Blue-ray is a bigger format. The VITA game cards SONY made are bigger than 3DS carts, thus more detail can be expected in the game development. Having dual sticks, plus a touch front screen, a back touch pad, plus cameras, and wifi/ 3g, means that this systems can do everything a 3DS can and more, minus the 3D screen and photos. Plus the higher rez screen makes it all look better. SONY needs to step it up if they want to win the handheld fight. Nintendo is only winning because they have more software at this point. If SONY were to release all the software they have planned for VITA tomorrow, who would take the cake in this contest, for real?

@JunoWalker Well in that scenario, would the 3DS also be releasing all its planned games tomorrow. Because if that is the case, I would still bet on the 3DS. Also the 3DS already has games loaded with content and will continue to get it. So saying that Vita games are longer like its something that just applies to every game is not true at all. The 3DS also features DSi Ware games, Virtual Console games and eShop games. And can of course play DS carts, so the Vita really doesn't have an advantage there either.

@Sepewrath Even if the 3DS did the same, there's no way that you can say there's more or equal value in the systems. All I know is that If I pay $40 for Super Mario Land 3D and beat it once in 6 hours, and then pay $40 (same price) for Gravity Rush, but in 6 hours an not even half way through beating it... which one has more value? If I replay Mario again I can play as Luigi, and If I replay it a 3rd time I get access to a new world. So Basically I get around 20 hours or so from Mario. With Gravity Rush there is the main story, side missions, and oh yeah DLC which can contain things like more missions and extra unlockables. Same price but way more value on the VITA. The Nintendo e-shop has been saying there will be LDC and other add-ons for games, but the only thing they been able to do is just downloadable games and demos. The VITA uses PSN Store, an already more established shop with access to DLC, movies, music, apps, PS1/ PSP, and demos just for VITA not including everything else for PS3. Beside the game cards for VITA hold twice the data limit that a 3DS cart can, so by default that means bigger and more detailed games if the devs utilize this to the fullest. So far the devs are just making ports or small easy the script games just to get games out. In a year the games on the VITA will finally start to use this awesome power and prove their worth. Now, that's not to say there aren't any good games on 3DS either... I really depends on the player. I love both systems and think each one servers a purpose.

@JunoWalker You forgot price point. 3DS is cheaper. I own a Vita only, but I can see why people don't buy it. I chose to pay more for better hardware. Others don't see it that way.

@ExplicitMike Having owned both at one point in time, I can say that, regardless of price, if the game is longer, with more content, then even the parents that buy Nintendo will think about getting VITA as it would be better for longer car rides. Yes the systems are different prices, but the games are the same. So why would a parent buy a $40 Mario game their kid beats in a few plays or the longer lasting VITA game like Gravity Rush? Plus the VITA has music, Netflix, Facebook, PSN Store with countless PS1/ PSP games to play as well. Yes 3DS has more physical games, but VITA has more Digital games on PSN.

@JunoWalker I don't think parents think like that. But like I said. It comes down to what people find cheaper to buy and the Nintendo trust factor. They stablished themselves as king of handhelds long ago. For me personally Vita is way better than 3DS. Gravity Rush alone is the best thing I played on a handheld.

@Sndewey Bioshock Infinite is not coming to Vita. They are making a different Bioshock for Vita. @sunghyun26 Why would you wanna play the same AC3 that the consoles have? That's one of the biggest complains about the Vita. Nothing but ports.

@Dark_MetalSonic cause as of right now sony is doing almost nothing to help push the vita, this is the same half assed approach they used when the PSP came out, and again great handheld consoles, with lack of software support and the fact that sony said that on launch we would, be able to transfer all our psp games to the vita, be able to play all our psone and two classics on the vita, be able to skype video chat with people when the vita came out (took them 3 weeks to give us skype), and finally the fact they said all mini's would work on the vita, so the broken promises (thank you lost prophets for the song), "And now we're left with BROKEN PROMISE'S, my heart can't take no more, the real problem is that if they were release at least 2-3 games a month and decent games like gravity rush then we wouldn't have a issue, but again if you look on the forums on sony and whenever they do their release week update, i always see hundreds of vita users just begging for something for it, if the ps1 classics were with the vita on launch people would have been able to not really care about new software cause at least they'd be able to play some good quality old school games while waiting for the new ones, but they can't even do that, BTW i know it sounds like i am vita bashing but the system is great it just needs to be supported more by sony. When i was watching E3 and i saw that AC3 liberation and the vita were going to be bundled i said to myself "ok maybe by the time i get this the vita will also have everything sony promised with the initial launch of the vita, so i went out and pre ordered not in full but just so i can get it.

@Trickymaster Ubisoft chose the vita because of the better hardware and if the vita sells more units they will be able to produce more games for it that are better quality then what they can do on the 3ds

If the game ends up looking as good as it does in the trailer it will be amazing. Some of the more ambitious titles on the vita thus far look like they could benefit from some anti-aliasing.
