Evil Washington and the Power of the Wolf - AC III: The Tyranny Of King Washington DLC

I've got to say I thought this DLC totally SUCKED! 2 hours gameplay? Try 45 minutes! I'm a long time fan of the AC franchise and I can honestly say AC3 is the first game where the multiplayer completely knocks the single player campaign out of the park.

And for those of you that don't think Ubisoft isn't cash grabbing with this lame DLC crap consider this - I preordered this from Gamestop, all well and good and I knew I'd be getting a couple of extras for that (Captain Kidds sword mission and something else, can't remember - think it was some naval missions). I also purchased the Season Pass as I was excited about the DLC content and was really getting in to the multiplayer so it gave me the Battle Hardened Pack. So - first DLC for Season Pass is released on December 11 and GUESS WHAT?! It's called 'Hidden Secrets' and consists of - wait for it - the same stuff I already got for free because I PRE-ORDERED the game! WTF!!!

Add to that this latest DLC and color me exrtremely disappointed with Ubisoft! I mean seriously - that's some nerve to release a DLC that's already got the same content that people received who preordered right - and there was NO warning when purchasing the DLC that you were getting the same content.

The second and third parts of this Tyranny DLC better be a whole lot better than The Infamy otherwise Ubisoft won't be getting my money for AC4.

Sorry for the rant but man, they seriously dropped the ball on this one!

Ubisoft is just trying to cash in and throwing out all sorts of stupid shit now!. People arguing that games can be a source of learning and educational then I see this nonsense, "what if" twist on history. Enjoy kids.

Honestly, I was looking forward to this DLC till now. Im an American, and a history buff, however im not upset at Wasington's character ( I have thrown away any connection of AC to actual history at the end of AC 1). What I am upset at is the story in general. The fact it's just connor's imagination, or an alternate reality within an alternate reality is just too much.. The cloaking witll also take away the challenging parts of stealth in AC. Now you can simply turn on your cloaking ability, run up to your target, and press a button, kind of sad.. To those who say "you dont need to use the cloak," I say this, do you really thing ubisoft will give you this ability and not expect you to use it? I bet there are even missions where you must use your cloaking ability to successfully finish it.

Long gone are the days you will see ingenious human ingenuity of our AC protagonist to overcome difficult tasks. It's only magical superman powers from here on out.

Chapter 1: The Infamy
Chapter 2: The Betrayal
Chapter 3: The Redemption

So there won't be a Lincoln or anything like that. They are all parts to the same story

Okay the invisibility is quite cool but the idea should only work if its an artifact of Eden cus then it makes sense as to why he's able to turn invisible. And how is his mom alive??? I'm guessing they are going to make him dream all of this and u find out at the end that it was just a dream but if its not then I will prepare for a mind explosion

I really find the idea of Washington being a bad guy  pretty damn imaginative ...gotta say I've never seen it done before ...as for it being  "blatantly disrespectful "..it's a game..set in an alternative universe and story line ...but to each their own ..

OK IT WAS A VERY VERY GOOD GAME BUT ENOUGH. DLC AND DLC AND DLC F........K THAT IF YOU WANT TO MAKE AN HONEST THE GOD GAME DO IT. DON'T F. K US UP WITH DLC'S ALL THE TIME ENOUGH WITH THE PROFIT. WE ARE ALL GETTING TIRED WITH THIS FOOLISHNESS !

1 out of 3 parts to this? fuck that! I didn't buy the goddamn season pass and get suckered into it just to have one part be released one day then wait weeks and weeks later for the next 2. We all want it bundled together all at once. Power of the Wolf? Really? Really? Ubisoft, you better get your shit together for AC 4 because it feels like you guys shit on your hands and tried smearing it on this disc and calling THIS a DLC. Still doesn't sit well with me that I'm an American and take some offense to some blatant disrespect to Washington, our first president. And all other trolls, know your role and shut your mouth.

If connor's wolf/bear/eagle outfit is not availible to wear in the main story, there is a serious problem.

Ubisoft basically had to make this expansion to satiate the angry Brits who were livid that AC3 made them and their behavior in the colonies look as villainous as it truly was.

Just a little confused with the story. This is an alternate history type of deal in which Conner's village never burned and he never did the stuff in Ass-creed 3?? And yet the Patriots defeated the British without Conner's help?
