They wont throw stealth out the window...some forts for instance have multiple routes-some catering toward a stealth approach,forest combat too, this time period is afterall where the US Rangers began with the Green mountain boys. Even the cities (which were built from old historic specs) have 'stalking zones'...lol, saw a clip with Connor popping out a well not long ago...like some fiendish spin on Oscar the Grouch.

This looks fantastic! I have not played any other AC though. Was thinking of picking one up before this comes out. Of the previous releases which is the better one to get?
@quaggabones AC2 is the best one so far I think. It has great characters and the most compelling story of them all. If you intend to play them all at some point though you may as well start at the beginning. There's so many gadgets and little tweaks in AC2 that I imagine if you played the first one later it would feel a bit lacking
Assasin's Creed: Revelations since it includes Assasin's Creed 1, Assassin's Creed 2 is pretty cheap too if you consider getting it as well lol i just bought both 1 week ago and I love it can't wait for this one to come out :D

One of the few games i can easily clock in to many hours!1 oh thank goodness i preordered this last year!!!;) Ubisoft is always impressive and visuals are impressive as usual i see a game of the year nominee coming ubisofts way
