so whats the deal with the Sinestro Corp batman outfit? looked it up on google and it directed me the the wiki and all it says is something along the lines that hes was offered to join but didn't. Can anyone give me some back story on Sinestro Corp Batman?

During the sinestro corp war a yellow ring went to batman saying he has the ability to cause great fear welcoming him to the sinestro corp. the ring went on his hand and turned his outfit into the yellow and black sinestro corp uniform with awesome wings. He refused the ring tearing it off and *i think* causing it to go to someone else. thats about how i remember it though it was a good long time ago before blackest night when all the other corps came up so that may be a little off.

The yellow ring actually rejected Batman as a user, because he had previous exposure to a Green Lantern ring.

You'd want Green Lantern Issue 17, during the "Wanted: Hal Jordan" storyline. Bats receives the Green Lantern ring in the ninth issue of that series (Like Tempest noted, above), but the actual Sinestro episode doesn't occur until eight issues later.

I don't think the Sinestro Corps costume as shown in Arkham City ever appeared in the comics. When the ring tried to recruit Batman as described above, his costume changed to resemble that of Sinestro's original black and blue, as seen here:

As far as I know, that never happened. Here is the figure, even the costume art on the collector button is slightly different from the figure:

Batman beyond suit is better anyway, even though Bruce only wore it once before retiring.

I personally think the Sinestro Corps suit is the best looking. Been rocking that since I got the Arkham Bundle or whatever it's called.
