I don't know if you've caught this or not, but he's Baus' alternate account. All he does it talk down to other players and hype himself up.
As for Pieman's question, no he isn't. Neither am I, but I often find that the people who like to go around talking about how much better they are than everyone else are usually doing it because they lost to players on the board better than them.
