I can't cheat on Katherine! ;_; I know this sounds silly, but I'd feel like the absolute wost to stray from order, which I've never done on a previous play through. I know that's silly, but did anyone else feel similar? Should I just skip the cutscenes to not see how much of a jerk I'll become?

Even if you play Chaotic, what Vincent does in any of the cutscenes before the final boss doesn't change. The only thing that changes is his internal monologue (and the actual ending, of course).
I did have a bad taste in my mouth after watching all of the Cheaters, and even the Freedom, endings, though. Which is why, when I had completed everything, gotten all of the trophies and came to finish the game, I reloaded my first save file and watched the True Lovers ending one last time, to help make the bad things go away.
