How do you unlock weapons/upgrades?

Haha sorry, posted before I was ready. The rest of the question is:

"unlocked at lvl 35" prompt a la COD). I beat the story mode, and that unlocked all the multiplayer skins to be bought. Now what do I have to do to unlock the rest of the unavailable weapons and upgrades as well?

If you go to the locked upgrades click on them and it will tell you how many certain medals you need to unlock that upgrade. For example supercharger need 25 flag capture in matchmaking on any CTF mode.
