    I have been debating whether i should buy it on PC or if i should just wait for the xbox 360 release of the DLC. so here are some questions. how's the resolution? can i play at 1980x1080 on my monitor? Have they improved the framerate?
    Is the online working? (or does 9it seem like they are going to update it to work in the future?
    im planning on using a gamepad so controls arent a problem for me

    I originally played on PS3 and tonight started playing the PC version - my advice is, play in on your 360 unless you have great patience for terrible control schemes. Additionally, I regret to report that the graphics don't even look as good as the PS3 version, which I thought was pretty gorgeous. You can play at 1080, but as of now the framerate seems to be locked at 30fps. And even if it wasn't, the textures are a mixed bag. IMHO, there's no real reason to buy the PC version unless you want to play up close and personal on a PC monitor.

    It's pretty bad. the controls are some of the worst I've ever seen and the graphics are just horrible. I've very disapointed.

    I have loved this game since I first played it on PS3 last year. Tonight though I started a deprived and while rolling around in human form I noticed something...odd.

    Playing the game with a gamepad (or a 360 control~) works hella fine. And i don't know about other people, but with my 3 year old junk comp, i play it on highest setting, and it looks alot better than the ps3 version. But it can depend on comp speccs or if you play it on a full HD tv and so on.

    looks great, plays great. wish more keys were acceptable for binding but it's fine the way it is. running great @1080p, some pixelation in smoke and very lighted mists but nothing to ruin the game. looks better than console version. camera was a little shaky but turned down the DPI on my mouse and it works fine. with all the console babies whining about it needs a gamepad I may try switching to and see if it's worth it since their aren't that many actions that need binding anyway. tho the only game i've ever played on PC that was "better" with a gamepad was Dungeon Siege 3.

    I have only played so far 3 hours of the game but I really like it. Sure the graphic might not be top notch since is a straight port, the textures and edges are quite weak, or bad frankly. But for me is all about the gameplay, and boy does this game has it. Since I don't own a ps3 this is my only way to experience this game and so far i enjoy everybit of it

    There's already been a mod released that unlocks the internal resolution. The game looks amazing, it runs great and the new content is awesome. I think the port is great. I'm really happy I bought it.

    Bottom line: Keyboard and mouse controls are just as horrible as people say, the main problem being the camera movement which is jerky at best, random madness at worst. The game is playable with mouse and keyboard, but I did not find it very enjoyable. With a gamepad, and being able to overlook the frequent framerate drops, the game is pretty much exactly the same as on the consoles.

    I would not buy if you are planning to play with mouse and keyboard, a gamepad is STRONGLY recommended.

    I was very worried about the PC version but it's much better than i expected. The framerate is consitently better if you have a decent video card. Yes it's locked at 30 fps but the dips are gone (solid 30 throughout the game so far). It looks gorgeous with the internal resolution hack that lets you run the game at any resolution. You have to play it with a controller though because the mouse/keyboard controls are pretty bad. I prefer mouse/keyboard with most pc games but this game fits much better with a controller anyway.

    I'm very pleasantly surprised.

    What a major piece of crap.You are correct the controls are a Cluster F--K.So glad it was only 40 bucks and not 50 or 60.
