3 Like And how is the scripted linear adventure of Deadlight so different than the heavily scripted linear adventure in any COD single-player campaign? One is 15 bucks, the other 4x that. I'd say for that price, if you're into Zombies and Limbo, this is still a must have.
@phroilan cod is more of a multiplayer shooter where gameplay is fairly complicated depending on who youre playing against. deadlight with its parasitic take on limbo is in no way a must have, it craps out after part one of 3 and has little to offer in gameplay or puzzles. decent graphics and passable gameplay isn't a must have.
@flaxgrass Yes, COD is more of a multiplayer shooter, which is why I sited it's single player campaign. If Deadlight is parasitic of Limbo, then are all Military shooters parasitic of each other as well? Is God of War, Devil May Cry, Bayonetta, Onimusha, and everything like them parasitic and not worth consideration due to the fact? I haven't played Deadlight, but as a fan of both Limbo and Zombies, I must have this. I think if one is into a particular genre and subject matter, an average game may have more appeal than if one were to approach it as a fan of neither.
@phroilan well dmc and bayonetta have a contributive relationship because they are from the same developer and bayonetta is about the best thing ever and builds on dmc. god of war is a lot different and a very good series as well. deadlight seems to rip limbo's style of puzzles (yet comes up with weak repetitive puzzling) and attempts unsuccessfully to borrow from the mood of that game in a way that doesn't sit well with me. there are just so many zombie games but hey if youre a fan of zombies go for it.

No words to describe it, just in awe by a gorgeous game! Nicely done Tequila! Limbo,The Walking Dead and now Deadlight are my main arcade games on my 360. Can't wait for tommorrow.
Looks fantastic, nice to see a fresh take on the side-crolling genre aswell as the zombie trend!
