The Turn based campaign map looks interesting with nice music and in depth, but the RT combat has absolutely no substance at all, which should be the heart and soul of the game.
Maybe Pokemon people will enjoy it.

Hokay so it's turn-based unlike the hybrid 4x-RTS Sins. The planets and ambient music look and sounds great but the game play itself seems so tedious. And it doesn't look like you can control the ships nor the camera angles during battle. I know accountants who could get bored with this game.
Those who are saying this game is no good are hopeless and brainless...goodluck to your gaming life losers.
Remember ASCENDANCY game ? This is the coloured version of the game from the year 2012 a.d. with some improvements. Thats all

How did this game get an 8.0 rating? This video makes it seem like a snooze fest
4 Like Consider that if you had never seen a game of chess before and watched two minutes of play time, you would probably consider it a snooze fest as well. Ditto baseball. Ditto Monopoly.
The real game lies in what you can't see: long-term strategy and short-term tactical maneuvers supporting that strategy. You won't see that in a couple minutes of footage.

You know....you're absolutely right. I completely agree with you...but lets say what you're saying is actually correct when it comes to this game....then why did they elect to ONLY SHOW the "chess / baseball / Monoply" parts in the video? That could have effectively ruined the interest level for potential buyers

Fair enough....but you're making sound like what's in that video is ALL the game is about....and in MY opinion, if that's the case, then it truly IS an 8-point rated snooze fest.
But that's just MY opinion...hopefully nobody listens to me and makes they're own...
1 Like @Merciless704 What else would they show? It's like trying to make a compelling trailer for Sudoku. The review and word-of-mouth is really what sells this type of game, in my opinion.
