Introduction

The Wii U is a brand new console from Nintendo. It features a new controller: the Wii U GamePad, a bundled touchscreen tablet, and the system will work with your existing Wii remotes and accessories. The console will be sold in two configurations: a basic kit and a premium pack. Considering picking one up when it goes on sale this Friday, November 30? Bundles

The Wii U basic model pack will come with the following:

  • 8GB white console
  • Wii U GamePad
  • AC adapter
  • HDMI cable
  • Sensor bar.

The Wii U premium model pack will come with the following:

  • 32GB black console
  • Wii U GamePad
  • AC adapter
  • HDMI cable
  • Sensor bar
  • Console and GamePad stand
  • GamePad charging cradle
  • Nintendo Land.

The 8GB basic model carries a recommended retail price of AU$349.95.
The 32GB premium kit carries a recommended retail price of AU$429.95.

 @Harrydapro Only games that made me buy a Wii... Thank god Zelda is not coming any time soon, otherwise I would buy Wii U at lauch price just for these two games!

@superbuuman exactly!  I ordered mine from Big W Online...  $378 less $20 coupon (thanks Oz Bargain) so picked up the machine for $358 with FREE delivery!  Who cares for midnight launch!? :-)

All thanx to KMart, they were the first to price it at $379, after that everyone followed, late but still great. :) BigW now have the best deal in price. :P
