@fluffy_puppy666 Easy fluff. Push your glasses back up your nose and take a big breath using your inhaler, you'll be able to come out of your locker once school is over and everybody is gone.
@fluffy_puppy666 just because you most likely suck at them is no excuse to put them down.
@Mrod1212 Because everyone thinks that Colin Kaepernick has the running speed of Michael Vick.
live challenge....sports suck. people get paid way too much to score a friggin' point/goal/run. I'll die before I support any off these professional brain bricks.
@Rotondi Go back to your shanty in the woods and continue to laminate your stamp collection there bud.
@Rotondi What are you..North Korean? Sports are a great form of entertainment, there's lots of fun to be had a professional sports games. You're only missing out by doing your little boycot.. Like, you'd rather die than go to a sports game? You must have an uneventful and unfulfilling life, and it will continue to be that way until you decide to be optimistic.
Where's NHL in that video? They started to talking about the NHL but then video ends at 10 hours and 53 minutes. In "HD" it's only 4,5 hours duration. Fix your stuff GS! I want to see NHL matches!
Okay my bad, it's there. It's just fraction of the video tho. And these guys isn't even that good. They missed lots of good scoring opportunities there.
And these commentators don't know a thing about ice hockey.
American Football looks mighty complex! I guess both Europeans and Asians feel the same way. Bet Danny doesn't know a single thing about the sport :P
I'm surprised that after all the time vested and games played that Cashcow quit because of the trash talker.
"And while we?re on the subject, why do the Americans insist on calling it ?soccer?? Why do they have such a problem calling it ?football?? It?s a game played with a ball that is struck with the foot, hence foot ball.
Are you following this, America? The clue is in the title; it?s not that difficult. Whereas ?American football,? as they call it, is a game where an object that?s not really a ball at all, it?s the wrong shape for a ball*, is carried around by hand and occasionally thrown for other people to catch in their hands, you see. Only one person in each team is actually allowed to kick the ball and they have to be specially brought onto the field to do it. I suppose in its own way that is a form of creativity; it?s quite a creative use of language, you know saying one thing and meaning something completely different." - John Cleese
@Disturbed_88 In all actuality there have been tons of games known as "Football" through the years, and when Soccer or whatever you prefer to call it, was first being turned into a real thing, lead by an organization, tons of people called it Soccer. This was in England by the way. So we are just using a term invented almost 200 years ago, by the so called inventors of the game.
A ball is also defined as anything with a rounded shape, an oblonged sphere is still rounded. The term football comes from where its origins lie, and as possession is generally traded through the act of kicking with the feet, then kicking is fairly imported. Not to mention half the methods of scoring points is through kicking. So, football isn't all that incorrect of a title. You also technically use your feet to run, while carrying the ball.
You also use your feet to walk, while having balls, but we don't go around calling walking "football" right?
@Disturbed_88 The forward pass wasn't invented until 1906. Drop kicking the ball through the field goal posts was the preferred method of scoring in the 1920s and 1930s until the ball was shape was changed to make it easier to throw. but anyone can still drop kick the ball to score. It's just not done much at all these days.
@wornstar @Disturbed_88 even so; Association football or futbol was named already wasn't it? why should they take the name of a game which already exists...
@Kashmiro @d-teg @wornstar @Disturbed_88 Kind of like plastic wrap, its all Saran wrap!
@d-teg @wornstar @Disturbed_88 Well American Football was played in the late 1800's, in which the Ivy league rules, there was no carrying or throwing the ball. Scoring was done by kicking. I imagine, news and information was hard to come by in those days, so its possible they weren't too familiar with Association Football.
@d-teg @wornstar @Disturbed_88 Things become titled what people call it. People call tissues kleenex and now that is no longer a copyrighted name. So if everyone knows the game as football, we will call it football. It isn't like it is some creative name.
These two players show why this game is crap now! All no huddle and custom playbooks! No damn realism at all! Garbage!!!
32 Matches left! I wanna see some Niners win (since... ya know... the Super Bowl was kinda... disappointing).
@Zarkhaine It'll probably happen. Not sure about a "highlights" per-say but you will get a chance to watch the steam again if you missed out.
If Twitch chat above isn't working for you, refresh the page in a couple minutes I think I've fixed it.
@milan4554 It hasn't started yet, should be soon though. Hang in there.
