Hey guys, love the show! This might be an intresting mod for you; http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=4y7GNezfepc Just aired today.
Absolutely sick. I'm a console gamer but modding is always a blast, used to do it on my old PC for the command & conquer games, ace times.
Good stuff on the Master Chief armor, quality stuff!
Your heart puns are weak. Your voice overs made you sound like silly ventricleoquists, but the attempts were not in vein and you didn't skip a beat when you pumped out a bad one. (kids, don't try these puns at home)
Explosive chickens are second only to fast travel as a means of transportation in Skyrim.
This is just a ridiculous abomination. Why on earth is this even getting Gamespot prime attention?
@Chernnunos The views, vast majority of positive comments and >98% likes should be part of your answer. Also It's about having fun with a game which still commands Millions of fans. Why is that an abomination?
@cameronrobinson @Chernnunos Well, frankly, the old 5 Skyrim Mods Of The Week were alot better. for one because of the hosts, and second because it showed better mods, and I hope im not offending you, but you seem to get excited about stuff that arent even that special, like saying "amazing" at stuff that arent that different from the original, an example would be the Gravity Hammer which was a normal hammer with bad sound timing that just knocked enemies down instead of sending them flying like a gravity hammer should.
Again, this is just what I think, and maybe other people like your 5 Skyrim Mods Of The Week better, im still gonna watch the weekly show, maybe sometime you'll put mods on the show that'll be worth a try.
@nathangray @Mighty_Ori Thanks very much for your point of view. I'll admit we tend to be a bit sillier with the show than Sean and John ,who were excellent, but its for a few reasons. Firstly, its our natural style when Seb and I present, and secondly the number and breadth of mods isn't quite the same as it was a year ago. There are still a bunch of great mods available don't get me wrong, but the choice isn't quite a broad as it once was. As a result I think the focus needs to shift a bit from 'mods that will make Skyrim better', to 'mods that make Skyrim fun'.That said I very much appreciate your comments and I'll try to get a couple of more sensible, practical mods for this week.
@Mighty_Ori I don't agree, I think these are pretty awesome mods and I'm glad to have learned about them. Not everything has to remake the game in order to be worth using, and some of these mods may not get the attention they deserve without writers like the above and elsewhere pointing others in the right direction.
man have i been missing out...its crazy you now can combine different mods and have them run at the same time? I never knew you were able to do that in any game...game looks insanely fun..anyway if anyone can clear this up for me that be great....mmmmmmmmkkkkkayyyy. :)
The gravity hammer is particularly awesome because you can learn the effects in your enchantments. I currently have a bow that does gravity damage. The stopping power is god tier.
this is the best skyrim mod ep ever!!!! nothing can beat this. and these r probably the best mosds in the game
IT is a great game. I understand that after the main missions and side questing for a long time, the game does get kinda boring.
But that is the point of these mods. To not only add awesome or crazy new features into the game, but also to add replayability.
But I am not sure why I am even bothering to reply to someone that says "Bad Game" without even giving any kind of information to support it. Maybe if you could enlighten us as to what makes it a bad game for you, we could actually have a discussion.
I realize this is a late reply but..
Bad AI. Horrendous combat. Cliche story. That's enough. Go play dark souls.
Skyrim's actually not that bad of a game, but it's not so good that almost two years later people still have sections of the site devoted to it. It was impressive in scale, not depth.
No! No it's not.
Just because a game has run its course, it is still great! And it will go down as a classic.
@Devils-DIVISION @Shane747
No it was a huge dissapointment. First time round I actually sent it back before finishing because after scaling the map through questing it became such a boring game. The AI is dated and so unrealistic.
@LukeWesty how would you know how a dragon behaves? or how elves and orcs or all other manner of non-existing creatures for that matter act or fight as is your beef.
@LukeWesty
With an average meta score of 90, it is objectively an awesome game, and not a disappointment. YOUR issues with the game are only subjective, it really has no nothing persuading in it, unfortunately for you.
I don't agree. Skryim is great and I don't see dated AI at all.
@Ospon You mean all the heart surgery I performed in that episode? Yeah, I'm totally qualified to do that in my spare time!
It's not a new thing, a Master Chief armor mod existed already in Oblivion long before this came out.
@TransvormerSCol It's an Elder Scrolls modding trope. Morrowind has MULTIPLE Master Chief armor mods as well.
