Canoeing: Speed Challenge
- Players 1, 2, 3, 4-Players Simultaneously
- Objective Make it to the finish before time runs out
In Canoeing, it's you and up to three others in a race against time! You need to paddle your canoe over to the finish line before time expires; each time you complete a race, you'll have to paddle even further the next time. Along the way, you'll have to evade obstacles, such as tall grass and lilly pads which will slow you down. This challenge isn't too difficult with a single-player, but when you have two or more players piled into a single-canoe, teamwork becomes a must. It's best to have one person be the leader and yell out what everyone else should do (go straight, turn left, etc).
To paddle your canoe, grip the Wii Remote vertically with both hands, then perform a rowing motion on either side of your body--the wider your stroke, the faster you'll go. To go straight, alternate paddling on the left and right sides of your body with each stroke; try rowing closer to your body to minimize turning. Now when you want to turn, simply paddle only on side of your body opposite of the way you want to turn (that is, if you wish to turn right, paddle on the left side of your body). The further out from your body you stroke, the faster you will turn.

Tips
- To row straight, alternate rowing on the left and right side of your body with every stroke--the closer to your body the Wii Remote is, the straight you'll go.
- To make sharp turns, row further away from your body.
- Avoid rowing through tall grass or lily pads, which slow you down.
- In expert mode, you'll encounter water fountains and falling rocks, which create large waves. These are actually more devastating the further away you are from them, so you should row right through them!

Ducks in a Row
In Free Practice Mode, find all the stray ducklings on the lake and lead them back to their mother. You have to complete the speed Challenge afterwards to get the stamp.
-
Tips:
- Having trouble finding the ducklings? Check the images below for all of their locations.
- The mother can be found near the center of the lake.
- Be careful you don't hit anything while a duckling's following you, otherwise he'll go wander off somewhere nearby and you'll have to collect him again.
- Because the ducklings disperse if you hit something, it's best to drop them off with the mother as soon as you find one. That way, if you hit anything, you only need to round up a single duckling again instead of however many you might have had.

1) Among the trio of wooden stumps, near the middle of the lake. 2) Hidden amongst some grass, near the buoys, left of the castle.

3) By another trio of stumps, closer to the castle (near ducking #2) 4) Floating between two stumps, near the middle of the lake.

5) Look for this one by a sole stump, just right of the mother (assuming you're facing the castle). 6) In the far back corner, opposite of the castle.

7) By the dock, just left of the castle. 8) Check near the stump by the castle's bridge.

9) Look by a trio of stumps near the castle's bridge. 10) Among some lily pads near the dock, on the opposite side of the lake as the castle.
Cut the Red Tape
Cut the red tape in all levels. Haven't seen any red tape yet? Remember that even after getting your license for each difficulty level, you can still paddle farther.
