Bought game and reg'd for item but is it worth it?

I registered game thru ps3 browser and had trouble finishing the registration. It looks like i get some ff14 weapon. What is it? Is it worth my time trying to complete the process?

IDK...it never told me what item it was only that i would recieve it when i got FFXIV...however i did sign up for the beta...

I'll have to play th beta in japanese ;/ My code won't work for the US version
