(create your oDo I need to say yes to the Cieth at chapter 11 for it to do the next quest and so i can talk to it?

On chapter 11 where u find a cieth stone and kill the blue flan. I said no to the next task now the stone wont talk to me do i have to do it over? sucks coz my last save was 2 hours

Just talk to the first stone again and it should restart.

Try leaving the area and coming back in, or saving and reloading your game.
