I picked up The Hunger Games earlier from Best Buy and I just got finished watching it and I actually liked it better a second time around. I'm sure a big part of it was that I didn't have to crane my neck the entire movie trying to watch from the second row of the theater. I picked up on some smaller bits of dialogue I missed first time around too. Still not nearly as good as the book but it actually is a pretty good movie in its own right. Really looking forward to Catching Fire.

I also picked up Beauty and Beast 3D and Underworld Awakening 3D while I was there. I skipped around a bit in Beauty and Beast and from what I've seen the movie looks absolutely stunning in 3D. Even better than Lion King. I really hope Disney goes back and converts more of their classics into 3D format. Aladdin and Mulan would be great. Haven't gotten around to watching Underworld yet though. The first 3 movies were pretty awesome and I've heard this one is good as well. 3D should be good on it too. Looking forward to it. probably watch it later tonight or sometime tomorrow.

    Now Watching: Steins;Gate (7/24)

    Now Playing

    PS3: Nothing

    360: Nothing

Vita: Final Fantasy IX, Ninja Gaiden Sigma Plus

    3DS: Nothing

    PC: The Witcher

Just got done Underworld Awakening 3D. The movie itself was pretty good. Nice throwback to the old Underworld movies to bring back Selene. Kate Beckinsale is still hot as hell in that tight leather suit with those sexy bright blue eyes. There was so much stuff I forgot though since its been so long since I've seen the older movies so now I kinda wanna go back and watch the entire series again in one long marathon The 3D was f*cking awesome too. The only other full movie I've watched in 3D was Lion King, but an action movie is a completely different animal from an animated movie. Watching a big action movie was the one last thing I think I really needed to experience to see what 3D is really all about and this movie certainly delivered. The fight sequences were incredible and even just regular scenes of dialogue seemed to have that added depth and really brings you into it. If I wasn't already completely on board with 3D, I certainly am now. I think tomorrow I wanna head back and grab Resident Evil Afterlife and Thor.

Deluxe edition of SC:C is 6.25 not 1.00.. Still would totally recommend at that price though.
