I'm really late on this but wow @ Chicago getting Brandon Marshall for two 3rds.

And I saw report that said Martellus Bennet is visiting the Giants this week & intends to sign with them. Meh, not bad. They need a TE and Bennett seems like a low risk-high reward kinda signing, if the contract isn't too expensive.

Meh, he might be a tiny upgrade over T Jack, but probably not much. We don't need any more stopgaps, we need the franchise QB. Find him!

I've heard Hoyer has starting potential.
Hard to tell his potential even as a Pats fan. However, he did very well moving the offense from what I remember.

I agree. Seems like it won't be Flynn though, reports are the Browns and the Fins are the ones who are negotiating with him.

Also it seems like the Law Firm, Green Ellis, will be taking offers from teams. Will be sad to see him leave if he does, can't ignore the fact he never fumbled.

He'd look good in Giant blue. But he's probably out of their price range.

How much cap space do you have? Also it appears that there are a few teams interested in him.

Last I checked, they were like $5 mill under the cap, but I'm not sure if that's before or after they re-signed Terrel Thomas & some other cornerbacks today. But I'm sure if they wanted him enough they'd clear space for him. Just doesn't seem like their style though.

Still no official word from the top NFL insiders like Adam Schefter, Adam Caplan, Jason LaCanfora or Jay Glazer, but here's a Chicago Tribune report citing Jeff Duncan (as I did earlier) on Vincent Jackson signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Tampa is winning the off season.

The AFC champion New England Patriots make a move in free agency, just not a major one.

Mike Reiss of ESPNBoston.com cites a Mike Rodak report that the team has re-signed linebacker Niko Koutouvides to a one-year deal.

A beatwriter for the Bills says the Bills are going to have Mario Williams & Robert Meachem signed within the next 24 hours. That's pretty damn good for Buffalo if it turns out to be true.
