As I recall, using the phrase "retarded" in a derogatory manner is an offense and still is under the new Terms of Use.
The user associated with the following LiveFyre comment IDs has and still is using the phrase "retarded" in a derogatory manner.
The following LiveFyre Comments made by this user has the phrase "retarded" used in derogatory manners:

29050338 (Parent LiveFyre Comment Thread ID: 29034090)I have flagged these comments many times, and yet there are still there after so many days.
Recently, the user has committed the offense again. I have flagged this, but will it have to wait for many days before action would be taken like the previous two comments - if ever?
