I like stock google and sony icons best cant really decide the better one. But I'll still vote for one obviously and it will be google icons since thats the default on my phone. :P
HTC icons are a distant third and samsung icons are just atrocious. Never really bothered with motorola or LG theme.
I know there are lots of custom icons as well but lets just stick to the 4 in this thread.

Stock Google. As of ICS, they're very nice and simple. The Sony ones come in close second.
