    Update

    my razer carcharias speakers are very low sound and distored, when i plug them into my keyboard to make them usb still distored but vent sounds/people sound fine everything else is bad tho, also they are no longer stereo they are mono, i dont know whats up with them, but from all audio jacks my desktop speakers sound fine. Any ideas?

    If you're plugging them in by both USB and the analog cable and still getting distortion, it is likely a problem with the cable and will require that the headphones be replaced. Contact Razer first to confirm this, though, and carefully review the warranty to see if you might be eligible for a replacement or repair.

    Looks like i might have to replace them, tho ill get onto support and see what they think tho i'm out of warranty ive had them for about 3 years, i guess i might have run over the cable with my chair one to many times.
