Looks rather dated and unsophisticated in terms of the graphics. The explosions look like 2D bitmaps. 

I am becoming rather disenchanted with this kind of 'space shooter'.

Extremely SLOW spaceships that fire slow-moving energy projectiles, far slower than conventional bullets. The spaceships do not behave in any realistic way, they might as well be submarines.

Space itself is tiny and packed to the brim with other vessels. Shiny ships, bright colors and explosions. No sense of scope, of isolation, or exploration.

All of the fictitious mechanics and properties of physics serve only to remake the same old tired space shooter paradigm I've been playing since Wing Commander.

I can't believe they have the gall to call it a space simulation.
