Chapter 10!

I have been stuck on this chapter for two nights now! im kind of getting sick of it. I have got to the point where I (Alester) has rescued Moers and theres three guards through a door and up some stairs. Ive upgraded my guys, got the right armour on however, i keep dieing. I set Moers to attack the guy with a spear but he likes to run straight past him or if he attacks him, the third one kills him. Alester is attacking the guy with a shield and almost kills him, but before he can do so, Moers dies and then after that.. i lose badly! Does anyone have any tips on getting past this bit?
