Epic knew how to make their fans angry.
Gears judgement ? Carry only 2 weapons? not sounding too keen on this now, gears was always great where you could have a nice mix of pistol and two primary weapons, having less weapons sounds a little too close to halo and might make things more limited gun wise. and what does the D pad do?
Does Cliffy even do any actual design work any more? He seems more like the director/manager type these days, when he does all this PR stuff.
2 Like Cool to see Cliffy B giving props to borderland 2......I personally can't wait to get my hands on that game. I think I'm burnt out on Gears tho. I will be following Fortnite and probably picking it up. Sounds fun.
I know they're going to be completely different but his description of Fortnite sounds identical to Minecraft lol
Epic would never make an engine that can't be run on the next generation of consoles. It would be a huge and pointless cut into their profits. Reorient yourself.
Cliff is my favorite game designer hands down. He knows how to innovate and he does a great job of bringing something new to the table while still satisfying all of the fans.
man cliff had such an eye of what games should but and its true , we must see how the creative the creators are , nevertheless cant wait for Judgement .......still hard to believe that baird was once a "badass" xD

@MUKUSS 360 just can't touch UE4. Some are worried that the 720 won't be able to either.
5 Like @andrewwittmaier That's not true at all...if Unreal Engine 3 can be scaled down to run flawlessly on an iPhone, then Unreal 4 will be able to down-grade for Xbox and PS3. Also "some are worried that 720 won't be able to either", is a COMPLETE fabrication, stop lying dude. No system specs have even been released yet for next-gen systems. Don't spread mis-information.

If I remember correctly,
Unreal Engine 4 is developed to optimize NVidia based tech,
including Keppler Technology
(which is used solely on NVidia based chipset,
and NVidia mostly used by most PCs.)
and the rumor said both future Consoles will use AMD technology,
(which is NVidia competitor.)
so yeah, there is the possibility of optimization problem.

Why could I see kantus priests in what looked like a story mission! They where discovered in the second game. If you're doing a prequel make sure it fits the story already laid down
