How can I get Silver F-tickets?

I am trying to get the Commander's outfit a.k.a. Lindow's upper clothes. thanks

You can only get the Silver F-Tickets when you go on Multiplayer Missions. I think that you're trying to get the "Gold" item for the Commander Top, right? But I suggest that you just try to get Gold at the Infernal Subway difficulties 4-6.

You'll be able to craft them once you clear difficulties 6-8 one of the quest will give them both top and bottom ingredients to craft it
