Where can i find Chaotic Toxin to upgrade my Toxic pickaxe to Despair pickaxe?

This is crazy man I already search it for over 4 month but yet i don even find 1 from oroboros not even fallen one not even Amaterasu.....Holy Crap.....i hate this... maybe its about 20 time im repeating the Ouroboros rank 7 cause the despair toxin is rank 7 weapon and yet nothing and i try more advance ouroboros mission and still don find IT!!!

Break the horns of a Ouroborous Rank 7-8
using a Buster Blade's Charge Crush + Stun Grenades.
