How to Unlock	Unlockable
100% Completion In Career Mode	Unlocks prototype mods for all cars in career mode and the Extreme Nitrous Series in Arcade Mode.
Complete the all the series in Arcade Mode, except the Extreme Nitrous Series	Unlocks the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Prototype Challenge Series
Get 1,500 respect points from all CPU characters.	Unlocks All Prototype Parts

Train your Crewmembers
To train your crewmembers, simply get them cars in the same class and make a race on your racetrack (3vs3 for example), choose circuit and 12 laps and watch them race. Repeat a few times and their stats get maxed in a reasonable time.
Upgrade Cars fast
Buy a car and let one of your crewmembers drive it in a race three times (if he is winning them) or four times (if he is not winning). The fastest way is a 2-lap circuit race on your own track.

Under the "extras" screen, in the cheat menu, enter PINT to unlock all cars and classes in arcade mode.

Unlock Prototype mods
Get 1,500 respect points from all CPU characters to unlock all Prototype mods.
Unlock All Cars
To unlock all cars in career mode, you have to race for about 3-4 months without skipping any of the races.
To unlock all cars in custom mode you have to beat all the arcade series, including the extreme nitrous series.

You unlock crew members by gaining respect with the corresponding crews:
