Every time I see a game like this why does it always get such low rating I dont dare chance buying it? These kind if games are fairly difficult to mess up on, so I just dont get it. I have been waiting for a decent 4X space simulation since Galactic Civ.
Hopefully this is a good game... I am gonna wait and see if it's worth buying after the review
looks bad, too many options too,will be difficult for beginners, gameplay can help only
@aedman Well, Chess is involved too, but does not need a complex interface. ;)
I think the game looks interesting actually, we desperately need some more game diversity. Game studios who make something new and fresh automatically get a star in my book.
@Blue_Tomato I definitely agree we need diversity. However, I got suckered into Disciples III thinking that the game fit the bill. The game's bugs had bugs. Even on Kalypso's own forum, they ignored suggestions and the pleas for even one patch. No, all their effort was on an expansion pack.
Still, I figured out creative methods to get around and even exploit the glitches. However after investing well over 100 hours the story line that was forced upon me was the same old crap.
You're free to do whatever you want and to buy whatever you want. If you have in the final analysis, then more power to you. However, I will keep posting warnings.
