Mafia 1 story was definently one of a kind, not continuable though :) I hope this has the same movie feeling from start to end.
GTA and Mafia will have a hell lot of a tough competition now.. This is only 2nd version of Mafia and it's getting as good as GTA... And this game looks promising... Can't wait to get my hands on it.. :D
Mafia 1 has the best story of all the games I played, I hope the same will be Mafia 2, just waiting too long

haha, loongg time to make this game. Goood, i'm glad they're adding lots of details and side missions and action in this game. I really hope they add some destructable stuff, like running into a store! Also it'd be really awesome if it shows every little bullet chamber and the wounds of a bullet hole inside a enemies or cops body. The blood looks pretty good in the game though, just want mooree. I hope they add torture beatings! [:
Aah, John Lee Hooker with the sound of machine guns and shrieking tyres in the background. Can't imagine a better soundtrack for Mafiosos doing the dance. Am looking out for this one...
Looks like we will be waiting another 5-6months before we can even play it, this game would want to be good considering how long its been in development. But considering Mafia 1 was one of the best sandbox games around even to this day i have high hopes.
kinda mad that I watched this and it wont be out till the third quarter. now i gotta go out and buy another copy of Mafia to play in the meantime

I agree with all the below posters. Mafia was epic too follow up on a next gen system is orgasmic. If they pull it off...
I hope this is a realistic game,something creative and diferent from the all used and copied GTA recipe that only rockstar knows how to serve....
i m totally agree with BALAJI, they are taking ages so they must have to produce something way more better than Mafia 1, lets c what they have to offer to OLD Fans of MAFIA. but please dont take much longer.

incredible.......take 2 is the best game company in the world......(gta and mafia anyone? :D)......can't wait to get this game....hopefully the driving and the shooting will be realistic....instead of a game made for pricks that think nfs (shift aside) is realistic :)
@kleem & madman683 Same here guys :).Since the time i finished Mafia [one of the most underrated gems IMHO] I have been waiting for the sequel,but serioulsy these guys are testing my patience to the core,are they building a Space Station or something FFS :-q Though two areas of slight worry for me:-- the driving and the gunplay don't seem as realistic as the first game,if this is the case then it would be a pity becuz that's what set the first game apart from its competition way back in the day.So if it is dumbed down in any way i would be disappointed :-e But still i think it is gonna pwn GTA IV wheeeeeen it comes around =p~
yeah,, me too i finished it in 2002 or 2003 since the very day i' ve been waiting for this game, but they are taking forever which is not acceptable.
been waiting for this sequel since the day i finished the first game which i guess was way back in 2003...
when will they release the this game ???????????????????? i m loosing my patient's for this one.
