    quick question, does the enemy scale(lvl up) with you in the story and in the simulations.

    I believe so, yes. I've been playing this game, off-and-on, for years now. I have characters leveled up to Level 90+, and simulations are still not easy to just *tear* through.

    I think it is just simulators.

    Lots of people recommend doing them early, since they aren't easy at later levels.
