Ah, so they explain why the stupid harpoon gun has that extra scope in the top left corner. I still don't see any new equipment though, just the same rail amps, cyclonic modulators, cryo ammo, etc. They said new equipment in the beginning and in the DLC description. ~30 premium spectre packs later, still haven't seen any.
