All three Mass Effect titles will be available together for the first time on November 6, 2012.
shame the dlc's youve brought already wont show on the trilogy box set, Bioware & EA have screw us over once again, you have to repay for all the dlcs youve aleady brought for mass effect 2 & 3 because the ones you got before this trilogy wont transfer over to the trilogy discs.funny how people dont see how bad EA is when they do things like this
I still think Mass Effect 2 holds the award for the best trailer, and best game too for that matter.

1 Like @vadagar1 I don't think there will be a ME4. But I am pretty sure Bioware is planning on creating more games in the ME universe.
1 Like @khimeron13 @vadagar1 there will be a mass effect 4 but it be set in the future you made from the mass effect series like if you cured to krogens or let the geth live the whole of mass effect 3 was to set your own lore for the next game a whole history you get to make hopefully they make it 3 different games from the start like 3 different wars depending on the choices you made from the trilogy
@Nightrain50 Mass effect 1 just has that surprise effect to people who bought the game when it first came out, we relive the moments when we replay it. New gamers will like it but not treasure it...
As for everyone else, all the games were improvements ME2 deleted that annoying planet travel, ME3 deleted survaying for minerals.. So relax, the ending sucked but overall it improved in everything else
6 Like Bitter sweet. I'll always hold Mass Effect 1 dear, the ending alone was worth it.
Part 2 was a total letdown for me, I'm an rpg fan and could care less about the improvements to the shooting mechanics. Losing rpg elements was not a fair tradeoff. Also they took your love interest away and none of your choices seemed to matter from the first game.
Part 3 is blasphemy, and along with Dragon Age 2, has deemed Bioware dead to me. RIP. EA has sucked your soul.
@Nightrain50 I still don't get why people hate Mass Effect 3 as a whole. The ending was poor but the game in my opinion had the best gameplay of the three, playing like a perfected version of ME2's forumula, and some of the most emotional scenes in the entire series.
@Nightrain50 I agree about part 2. But come on part 3 actually rapes gamer heart same as part 1.

I loved Number 1 and 2 was even better! Started 3 and really enjoyed the early part but HATE the ending! I have just finished replaying 1 & 2 for the third time but dont bother with 3 - really disappointing! IOf you haven't played the first 2 you really should, best RPG around!
@Colmacl thanks for the info. I'm getting the impression that ME3 really underwhelmed. I felt that about Dragon age 2 as well....was just rushed from start to end. Origins was such a magnificent game as well....
@MISTMAN77 @Colmacl Mass Effect 3 is fine, for the most part. It's just people got so upset over the ending, cried them selves to sleep every night since release and vowed to hate it forever.

I loved this series but the 3rd turned me off completely what a waste.Pick it up anyway though if you havent played this series yet.The branching and character development is fantastic.Esp 1 and 2 offer endless replayability.And even 3 is fun ,to a point when EVERYTHING GOES TO HELL.

2 Like Finally the first one comes to ps3! This was a game that sat on the shelves for me always saying next time... ran out of things to play and now the only games i have with replay value. Definitely getting this
1 Like The first game was good, second game was great, and I wish I didn't even play the third game. Now that I know how the story ends, it makes the outstanding ME2 less fun to play. I recommend to everyone who hasn't played these games yet, just play the first 2 campaigns, and then play the co-op in the third game. Don't ruin the replay value of the first games by seeing how they butcher the story in the third game.
Haven't played these games yet......will definitely be getting this. Looks epic, and I've heard so much good feedback on the 1st game itself.
So, as I'm a huge fan of RPG's and the SW universe......a good purchase?
Actually I have played only third part of this game, but I think that's enough to feel the spirit of this game. Game is really good, but not too GOOD ;)
1 Like @Vitex2003 I am sorry but I think that you don't know what you are talking about. If you like SCI-FI stories, then this is a game that delivers perhaps the BEST ever SCI-FI story in the history. I would go so far even to say that its universe is better than the Star Wars universe.

1 Like @pacheco03 that will be in the "ultimate" trilogy edition later...also they need to maximize their revenue from the existing customers that have not yet bought all the current DLC. don't forget, this is EA after all.
I will forever rail on these games because they had so much potential and way too much unnecessary adult content. How can I not be angry when a game that might ostensibly have been really enjoyable is taken from my potential list because the idiots that made it thought it would be really fun to throw in some of the filthy they have, apparently and in practice, coming out of their ears and ending up in their games? Another sickening example of needless and deplorable depravity. Oh, but if it were the only offender...

Whereas killing everything in sight is usually criminalized or considered a horror of war depending on the circumstances. I don't think you even played the game, or else you would know that the so called "adult content" was easy to avoid based on your storyline choices.
I didn't even know there was any "adult content" until after finishing ME-2 and reading about it in the Bioware forums. In fact, it takes quite a bit of effort to get to the said content. I had to play through certain sequences several times to find the right dialogue choices that would finally trigger a short cut-screen. Cut-screens that only implied a romantic relationship and a hint of side-nudity, oh the horror.

who ever say that whole trilogy was not worth coz finale, can Stop Whining, because whole game whole story is So great and players were attached to sheppard, crew story that it's wroth every penny I Wasted on every dlc. I really can't forget How Hyped, i was on suicide mission in "ME 2" . all games had Amazing soundtracks, Good gameplay amazing story with manny, choices, OFC i preffered that whole galxy army would be enough against reapers and i hoped also for rachni army with space ships, but they could not Finish game wiithout certain choices in finale, how did you wanted it to end? I liked ending sheppard died like hero, like i DID with gray warden in DAO finale.
2 Like But this is the problem because 3 fails 1 and 2 fail also. The trilogy is in essence an upside-down pyramid if 3 HAD to be good, had to succeed but it doesn't. Shepard has 3 (ah yes now 4) choices, 1) Make a deal with the Nazis and control them, 2) Make a deal with the Nazis and become them,3) kill everyone except organic life including your carefully planned peace between Geth and Quarians 4) kill everyone
If you liked it good for you; you got your monies worth. If you are like me who WANTED the game to succeed then I take the whole affair as a big fat FU from bioware - I am content with this as there are other worlds to conquer. But it is fun to watch the mighty Titanic sink. And BTW the soundtrack for ME3 was in fact the weakest of all of them.
Frankly Bioware has rebooted their fan base for the ME universe the geeks are gone (back to Star Wars and Star Trek) replaced by people who are action junkies and do not mind thin story (or non-existent RPG for a game that claims to be an RPG).

PS. can't believe people are STILL whining about the ending. Get the hell over it and move on!
