And i cant cope with PMC,they keep shooting me even if i kill 100 rebels.

Yeah, apparently they never implemented the "choose a side" thing, so you can never get friendly with PMCs. As KT pointed out it would sort of clash with the story since they're hunting you.
Also those are the only 2 codec numbers. It sucks, but I guess they were too lazy or sometthing. You can be called, but if you input the number you will get "no response"

"When Snake defeats PMCs,his reputation will go up among the militias. Conversely, if he attacks militia soldiers, the militias start to see Snake as an enemy. Since the PMCs are ID-controlled, they will never view Snake as a friend. The Solid Eye will tell Snake which side a soldier belongs to. Militia soldiers will be labeled "Militia".
Upon quoting this, I realized they made a typo on soldier, where instead they put solder.

In act 5 where everything in Drebin's shop get's a price drop %50, if you set your PS3 to Wednesday or Sunday will it get dropped %70?

Hi there i read in another forum that there are only two sections in the whole game where you cant kill all the ememies does anyone know which sections these are?

In Act 1 its the place right before you go into the building where you meet Rat Pt 01
In Act 2 its the Vista Mansion.

Nice FAQ! The only thing I was going to point out was you saying that you need the Chicken Emblem to get the corpse camo, but it appears that has been cleared up
. Oh, and you are definately right about tranqing FROGs from a height and them dying does NOT count as a kill. A question though, what about shooting an explosive barrel next to an enemy? In MGS3 that was not a kill.

Thanks for that if you dont mind could you explain how you win the fight at the confinement facitly? Does that also mean that can kill all the gekkos at the begining of act 1 and at the end of act 2 and can you also kill everyone at the begining of act 5? Thanks for your help!

Just a note; in chapter 3 on a no-kill run, when you have to man the roof of Drebin's APC, I found a couple stun grenades took out the powersuits very quickly, surprisingly.

Hello, am on my TBE run at the moment and am on the chase scene (Riverside East) and i just cannot get past the frogs section... i can quite easily take out the four humvee's that appear before the frogs without losing any health at all, but when the frogs appear, they just take me right down... and ultimately, kill me. You guys got any tips for me? so far i've tried:
Spamming Smoke Grenades/Stun Grenades
Using the Tranq Gun
Just holding down Triangle to avoid it all.
And finally i've tried mixing all these together at one time.
The other bike chase scenes were hard and took me around 20 loads each before i got through them... am i right when i say this final scene is the same? just on a more extreme re-loading scale?
(Oh btw my time so far is 2hr 30mins, is that enough to complete the TBE run under 5hrs? )

I actually found that this was...aside from two very specific areas, just about worthless. When the bike turns and goes down the stairs, Toss one down at the wall right in front of you. That'll deal with most of the FROGs there. When you're going past the FROGS right after that, toss another one at them and they'll be at the very least, blinded for long enough to let you get by.
Using the Tranq Gun
While the Tranq gun is nice, what you really need to be using in this area is the Double Barreled shotgun and V-rings. In general, by the time you've locked on with auto aiming with the tranq gun, you'll be up and next to them. And the shotgun has a larger radius, so you might hit more than one at a time.
Just holding down Triangle to avoid it all.
This won't usually work. But there are a few places where its important. When you're riding up to the jeep that drives up in front of you, tuck behind BM, and pray they don't manage to wing you. then when you're close enough, pop up with the twin barrel and nail him.
And finally i've tried mixing all these together at one time.
Generally, a mixture of these things is good.

This is the hardest part *of* the game. Actually, it is alot easier if you have the solar gun.

More than enough, you can catch a *major* break in time in Act four.

They don't stack I'm afraid

Claymore shooting/triggering seems to count as a kill, so I'm not so sure about a barrel/vehicles.

thanks for the help guys its been a good assistance to me. Anyway am on the 3rd part of the ocelot fight, i just cant get past his headbutt spam & choke spam, even if i get to that part with a good amount of health intact. Any tips?
