How do I go from hr 1 to 2?

I beat the 5 level 1 quests and I'm still hr 1 just wondering when I go up.

To get to HR2 you must complete the following 3* quests and 4* Urgent quest:

Giadrome Assault
The Land Shark
The Lurking Desert Giant
Mischief Maker
URGENT: Blangonga Slaying Tactics

You should finish the quest's on the 3rd row then, you will get the urgent quest Blangonga
