How to get elder dragon quest in guild hall from the green lady?

Some people say to clear 3* 4* and to repel lao and the elder dragons would come out in 5* and i have done that and nothing came out now i heard that u need to clear 6* 7* in the guild hall to unlock the elder dragons in high rank not g rank and not low rank is this true if not how do i unlock them? and i have also cleared 5* 6*

The Elder Dragon Quest appear Random after you beat all lv 3 and 4 in the Guild and after you repel Lao-Shan Lung. Keep doing quest until they show up
