Hr6 - Hr7 help me?

I cant get the three ergent quests to unlock level 9 so can someone tell me the quests required this faq was wrong-

Its right. Did you manage to kill the golden rathian and silver rathalos yet? Do you have the quests unlocked? If you don't, you will need to kill 100 flying wyverns including 30 rathalos. Remobras don't count but yian kut ku does. I heard that you will need to kill 30 rathians too but im not too sure thats true because i got the quests unlocked when i only killed 23 rathians.

The Fierce Black Horn (Black Diablos)
Black Rock in the Swamp (Black Gravios)
Blue Sky, Pink Earth (Azure Rathalos and Pink Rathian)
Deny the Silver Rathalos (Silver Rathalos)
Find the Gold Phantom (Gold Rathian)

those quest are needed to unlock the Urgent, i did them all and the Urgent was unlocked. Also i completed every single quest HR5 and lower and every single quest from Nekoth 9 and lower (Except Monster Hunter one)

Nekoth is the Cat outside the Guild Hall. Have you done Granny and Nekoth elder quest? To unlock those you have to kill at least 10 rathalos and rathian and i think 100 wyvern in total
