Is Jap version of MHFU like 2nd G??

Because there many kinds of these games--- JAP version, EU version (Europe), US version and a whole lot moore.
So just thinking if I'm right, is Jap version of MHFU- 2nd G??
(If you really cannot understand, is 2nd G the Japanese version of MHFU? Like in this 3 versions I gave you, If this MHFU's version is Japanese, it's name is now called 2nd G and its language is all now in Japanese.)
