    I've tried the code generator but I can't even get it to download it just keeps taking me to these offers and I completed one but still no download. Can anyone help me out?

    I'm not sure about the codes. Did you check 2kshare under 'teams' & see if you can download them from there? It might save you from having to buy the codes. The only thing I think would be missing is the team specific courts...if you care about that.

    I've wondered this, too, but have never seen any answer. Seems like if you didn't get it pre-ordered or really early, you can't get these teams, even if you're willing to pay for them.

    2K did the same thing with the pre-order bonus for Top Spin Tennis 4. Just another reason to hate the pre-ordering business.
