New Super Mario Bros. Wii Video Review

The levels make for outstanding experiences since there are so much.

I loved this game. I find it strange that NSMB Wii got a lower score than the NSMB DS since the Wii version is way better imo. It doesn't matter because games both are great anyways.

Pick both dogzillavskong if you can find them, they're definitely worth it. Both are amazing games. But it all depends on what type of game you prefer.

This game really isn't that hard, I know a six year old who can beat half of levels. This game is really amazing but, there is a glitch, after I saved I turned it off, the next day I turned it on and I was brought back to world 1, when I was on level eight, I was so mad.

What's with these HALO REACH commercials saying you can preorder this game today.

This game is so much fun. It rivals the best in 2D mario. I give it 9.5. If the super leaf was here, it would be a 10..lol. :)

this game gives a great difficulty for everyone. It was hard for me because I only play this game with my bro, the game gets hard since we both move at different paces it was VERY enjoyable to see the koopalings return since Mario and luigi:superstar saga most of you may say its not THAT hard but be serious, some of the star levels are nearly impossible unless you know what your doing!(except for the last one XD)

@DrEvilKoala: I agree with you at some point, but i think the reason why this game cant be played with the classic control is because this game uses the motion sensing technology, for example when you have the helicopter suit or when you on that platform that moves according to which way you tilt the wiimote, great game though :D I cant wait to play Donkey Kong Returns, oooh the memories :)

I don't think this game is hard to beat at all, but if you want all the coins that does make it a bit harder. My friends and I all agreed that this was a game with some challenge, but it was not nearly as hard as the older versions. Great game though

This game isn't as hard as it's made out to be... It's really only "very tough" if you're doing with the multiplayer and your friends try to intentionally make you die. It IS challenging though, but it's often exaggerated. I've played it with friends and it's great fun, and I want to get it for Christmas this year.

This game was incredible!!!!!!!!!!!! The hardest level though was world 9-7. If you gave up before then you missed out.

I doubt it's any harder than the latter levels of Mario 3 on the NES. Modern gamers are wimps.

Absolutely fantastic game, but the lack of Classic Controller support is truly baffling. It could have made the game even better. Playing it with the WiiMote is pretty unwieldy...

this is truly a great game, but it's hard!!!! in the first world the game was good and not to hard but from the start of the second world it gets really hard. sometimes I even add another player and put it in a bubble when i'm alone so I will not fail and do all the world again

Pretty good game. Easy and short. GF and I beat it in about 3 hours. Fun Coop. would be a 10 if they had added a build your own level system similar to Little big planet. considering people spend days on LBP making Mario levels and objects, it would have been nice to make your own levels with the objects in this game.

For those wondering, I'm pretty sure the Ice Flower was in Mario Galaxy.

I used to have this game, then when I got to world 2, it was was to hard so I decided to return it, because some of the levels are IMPOSSIBLE to pass!

I noticed that noone here really mentioned that it's 30 times harder than any previous mario game. In fact, it's so difficult that it amounts to more frustration than challenge. I understand that the name itself gives it a high score, but come on! It's too hard. its too hard. it's too hard. ITS TOO HARD.

I haven't owned a Nintendo console since the Super Nintendo. N64 had no appeal to me, so I got a Playstation. And in college I got a PS2 and a roomie got a GameCube. So... in this review he says, "Mario is back with old standby powerups: 1-up mushrooms, fire flower, ice flower..." uhhh... In all seriousness, when did they add the ice flower? I absolutely loved the Mario games when I was a kid, but I've obviously missed several of the later games. When did the ice flower come into the franchise?

This is the funnest Wii game to date, as long as your playing it with friends. This game has all you'd expect from Mario, and then some. The only problem I can think of in this game is that it needs more choices for characters in multiplayer. Other than that, it is a must buy for Wii owners.

Just more of the same in my opinion :s i ll rather wait for super mario galaxy 2

Just played through five worlds with three friends. TONS of laughs, took a while. Can't wait to finish! Awesome game!
