AU Shippin' Out May 28-June 1
Resistance Burning Skies brings the Resistance franchise to the PlayStation Vita.
Billed as "the world's first portable dual-analog FPS" by publisher Sony, Resistance: Burning Skies will be landing on the PS Vita on May 29, and it takes advantage of the Vita's front and rear touch-screen controls.
Burning Skies takes place in an entirely new part of the Resistance universe, which is set during the August 1951 Chimeran invasion of America's East Coast. Players will control New Jersey firefighter Tom Riley, who is thrown headlong into the action after a close encounter with the Chimeran way of doing things.
Also landing on store shelves this week is Polish developer Techland's downloadable off-road racing game Mad Riders on Xbox Live.
Mad Riders has players racing around 45 courses spread throughout the globe, completing tricks and competing against AI or human opponents.
Additionally, the game supports 12-player online races across three game modes and gives players a selection of ATVs and buggies that can be customised.
