No mention of Rising in Sonys conference today, and its not even on xbox's own site, despite all the other big xbox releases being there, there are still some unanswered questions, i think its so early in the production stage that they have not truly been able to release it, only tell is its coming, we wont see nothing difinitive (a proper trailer or gameplay) til E3 next year i think...

It's clearly not exclusive. They wrapped up their exclusive line-up and then brought out Hideo Kojima and he never said it was exclusive to anything he said it will be coming soon. If it was exclusive, trust me, Microsoft would have made sure we knew.
