Capcom investigating stolen copies of Resident Evil 6

Capcom performing thorough investigation over "small quantity" of upcoming zombie shooter sold in Poland recently.
Capcom has confirmed that copies of Resident Evil 6, sold in Poland nearly a month ahead of the game's launch, were stolen. Speaking to Eurogamer, a company representative explained that it is presently looking into the matter, which involved only small number of units.
"Capcom is currently undertaking a thorough investigation into reports that Resident Evil 6 is being sold ahead of its official October 2 release date," Capcom told the site. "At this time, all we can add is that it would appear this unfortunate incident is limited to a small quantity of stolen copies of the German USK PlayStation 3 version of the game."
Reports of Resident Evil 6 being sold in Polish shops surfaced late last week. It is not clear how many units of the game are in the wild. One user took to eBay to unload the game, with a reported starting bid of about $600. That listing is no longer available.
Resident Evil 6 will deploy on October 2, more than a month ahead of its original November 20 release date. It is currently planned for release on the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.

@TTDog I heard the Demo available only for Dragon's Dogma's owners was horrible. I don't really know what to expect of this game, since I'm a fan of the series.
@Vaivod: I used to love RE games, to the point I imported RE3 to avoid the usual 5 month wait for the PAL version, and even bought a Dreamcast to play Code Veronica. I hated what they did with RE4, yes they needed to move on from fixed cameras like RE3 but it ought to have been more like CV... and if they did change it as much as they did then they should have changed the controls to fit the new gameplay mechanics.
5 Like Capcom deserved it. I hope some copies went for free. That would balance Capcom's ridiculous on-disc DLC crap.
Not to mention if we start to see You Tube videos of RE6, we know who did it! How could CAPCOM let this happen!? Or maybe the thiefs set up a military op. to steal the copies..? Things people do for games...
The "Anthology" version of the game is due to October (I saw a pre-order in an online store here in Brazil) but it's almost $ 250,00! Have the thiefs stolen this version..?
3 Like if the game has been stolen and sold that means that it is done and the disc's are already produced SO WHY NOT JUST RELEASE IT NOW?
2 Like That would be pretty cool if they had a tracking device on them and we got to see all the different places they went and all the shady things associated with it. It could make for a movie, except video game discs probably wouldn't intrigue enough people. Nah, but for real it would be interesting to see the path they had to take.

So far the only game Capcom did right was Dragon's Dogma. Lol at the stolen copies of RE6.
