Dirt 3 RC car pack for $300 pulls up at GameStop
Specialty retailer lists top-tier edition of May 24-dated racing game; 1/16 model of Ken Block Gymkhana Fiesta included in pack.
Last November, Activision bundled an RC car with its $150 Prestige edition of Call of Duty: Black Ops. This May, Codemasters is upping the ante, according to GameStop.
A listing for a $300 Dirt 3 Ken Block Gymkhana RC Car Bundle (for the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3) popped up on the specialty retailer's site recently. The pack includes a copy of Dirt 3, as well as a 1/16 model of Ken Block's Gymkhana Fiesta.
According to the GameStop listing, the RC car will come fully assembled and sport waterproof electronics, four-wheel drive, and a foam front bumper, as well as other specifics. For the full breakdown on the RC car, check out the GameStop listing.
As for the game itself, Dirt 3 is due out May 24 for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PC. The game looks to continue the series' move away from pure rallying with the addition of the gymkhana discipline to the event list. This sits alongside traditional rallies, point-to-point races, rallycross events, and more primarily off-road activities in a range of vehicles.
