I love Collector's Editions, but if its just a statue of the main protagonist i never find myself interested. Now Death's mask with Darksiders 2 looks very cool, so was Pandora's Box with God of War 3.

An Amazon listing for a collector's edition of upcoming PS3 exclusive includes Kratos statuette, a PSN avatar pack, and pass for future DLC content.
A God of War: Ascension collector's edition has appeared on Amazon, suggesting the game will be receiving DLC.
According to the site, the collector's edition of the game will include an eight-inch Kratos statuette, a premium steelbook case, the game's official soundtrack, a PlayStation 3 theme, an avatar pack, a multiplayer double XP unlock, and a pass for future DLC content.
Amazon has the collector's edition priced at $79.99. According to the site, the edition will be released alongside the original game on March 12, 2013.
Sony's upcoming God of War game is a prequel to the original trilogy that will tell Kratos' origin story. The game will feature multiplayer. The game's multiplayer mode will include persistent features as players develop their Troy or Spartan soldiers over time. Performance on the battlefield can yield blessings from the gods in the form of new perks, weapons, and abilities. There will also be a number of different combat roles for players, depending on the god they associate themselves with, be it Hades, Poseidon, Zeus, or Ares.

Ya I've seen this on amazon since right after E3, it was actually promoted too, as in it's right there at the top as a featured game/preorder with details on what comes with it.
I really want to know how good the quality of the Kratos statue is. Many CE's have include low quality extras. I'd like to see what the content included looks like.
1 Like @Devouring_One GoW 3 CE was worth the money imo. Pandora's Box is still one of my favorite gaming coffee table pieces, and that CE was $99.99 if i remember right.
I can't wait for this bundle along with its "future download content content"!
But in all seriousness, I'm not sure if Amazon's listings should be taken as fact. They're not exactly the best when it comes to gaming news. I'm not saying they're lying (and I really hope it's true), but I'd still wait until another place gives us word on the bundle.
