Hitman on Track
Although EBWorld notified users this weekend that the game was cancelled, Eidos says the report is mistaken.
Eidos has issued a statement that - despite an EBWorld mailing to the contrary - Hitman: Codename 47 has not been cancelled. Eidos reaffirmed that development of the game is going strong and that it will ship this holiday season.
The game puts players in the role of a professional assassin who must use cunning as well as martial skill to fulfill his hit contracts. For more on the game, read the GameSpot preview.
