NetherRealm's DC fighter coming to Xbox 360, PS3, and Wii U in three months; $150 Battle Edition and $100 Collector's Edition revealed.
Injustice: Gods Among Us will hit store shelves in three months. Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced that the DC Comics fighter will arrive for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and Wii U in North America on April 16, with a launch in Europe slated for April 19.
In addition, Warner Bros. today announced two collector's editions, the first of which is a $150 Injustice: Gods Among Us Battle Edition. Bonuses included with this bundle (at right) are a fight stick with official game artwork and three "exclusive" skins based on Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.
The second Injustice: Gods Among Us premium bundle is a $100 Collector's Edition that features a DC Collectibles statue, a special version of a comic book based on the game, a download code for the animated film Justice League: Doom, and the skins mentioned above.
Both premium bundles will be available only for the Xbox 360 and PS3, not the Wii U.
Lastly, Warner Bros. announced today that the new Injustice: Gods Among Us digital comic book from DC Entertainment is now available through the Web, the DC Comics app, or via the iBookstore, the Kindle Store, or the Nook Store.
It is a prequel to the game, with new chapters to be released digitally every Tuesday for $.99. A print version featuring three chapters will be available on a monthly basis for an unspecified cost.

I want this game, like DC, like fighting games, like Mortal Kombat, and this is something that puts in a little bit of all three.. looking forward to it.
I hope they add more characters to the roster or have like 10 unlockable Characters through the story that would be awsome.
Also I'm praying they put Power Girl in this game or Poison Ivy. I hope they don't overlook a bunch of Great Characters in the DC Universe.
I wonder if there any hidden unlockable characters of Mortal Kombat in this game perhaps not, who knows, let see (cheers)
Interesting, the bottons layout on the joystick are what you'd expect from any other fighting stick instead of the 5 buttons layout of the latest mk stick.
@jack00 True that. I have two MK tournament sticks and was hoping they could of been used for Injustice as well.
I love fighting games and I'm a huge MK fan. I ended up buying both a Collectors Edition and Tournament Edition of Mortal Kombat 2011. Looks like I'll be doing the same this time as well...FML.
this is going to be freakin sweet and not to sound like I want this to be exactly like MK, but I wish they had fatalities on this. But then again that would be to much like MK, so never mind. Can't wait to rip into this one playing as DC villians and superheroes, YEAH!!
The statue is Batman vs. Wonder Woman? What the..?!? They couldn't have Batman vs. Superman or Batman vs. The Joker? What a stupid decision.
