Media Molecule's puzzle-platformer reissued with downloadable content pack-ins; joins new motion-controller package for holidays.
Sony has offered various PlayStation Move bundles since the motion controller launched last September, and Little Big Planet 2 is the latest to get the pack-in treatment. The new Little Big Planet 2: Special Edition included in the forthcoming bundle will also be available separately, and both packages hit retail on November 15.
The PlayStation Blog reports Little Big Planet 2: Special Edition will deliver the base game, Little Big Planet 2 Move Pack: Rise of the Cakeling, Disney/Pixar's Toy Story Level and Content Packs, and the Pets Costumes pack. Purchased individually, the contents would cost $35. However, the Special Edition packaging touts a retail price of $59.99.
The Little Big Planet 2 PlayStation Move Bundle includes the LBP 2: SE, a PS Move Motion Controller, a PS Move Navigation Controller, and a PS Eye Camera. This bundle is listed at a retail price of $129.99, but Amazon is offering it for $99.99. Combined retail pricing for the package content comes in at $190.

i got the first lbp for free when psn went down and didnt really like it. the other day i played some random levels of lbp2 se at my bros house. it was so much better(melting marshmellow!!) then i played the toy story levels in co-op and loved it. then went back to first one let me down :(
So this is basically the Little Big Planet 2 Collector's Edition without the bookends/doll, but with more stuff + same DLC costumes?

LOL, this is another reason why I don't waste money and buy games right away anymore. Just like I waited to buy the first one. Just buy the version that comes with the DLC. I will definitely get the special edition. I will also wait until that version is cheaper before I buy it.

If only I didn't already have a Move, but keep the bundles coming! Well actually the only problem I have with me buying the bundles is that I'd get extra cameras, but I do want a Nav controller and another Move wand. I can go get the Special Edition now since it's what I've been waiting for.
Damn, I got the Resistance 3 bundle with the, camera SharpShooter and both controllers for $150. I hope they release the LBP2:SE as a stand alone game. I still don't own it.
Does LBP2 even have proper PSMove controls yet? Last I heard, it was just that crappy filler "Pre-Historic" side-game, and not actually LBP2 with Move controls.
already platinumed lbp2 but i got the lbp goty edition when it came out and that was a wicked deal
gamespot as usual is way too late, this was announced since Tuesday I pre-order ths special edition on amazon, do it because like GS said, it's $99.99, you are getting the whole bundle and an amazing game w/ DLC for just $100.
