New Grand Theft Auto V artwork arrives as part of a preorder campaign at US retailer GameStop.
Two new bits of Grand Theft Auto V artwork have surfaced, with the pictures framing a preorder campaign set to launch in US retailer GameStop.
The two pictures, spotted by GTAV.net, could potentially be of repo man Franklin and back-in-the-game bank robber Michael. GTAV will feature a third character, Trevor, in its triumvirate campaign that will allow players to switch leads between missions.
Rockstar has said it plans to launch the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of GTAV sometime in spring 2013.
PC and Wii U versions are also being considered, says the publisher.

1 Like Um gta did start on pc where u getting your information from..Omfg gta 1 and 2 where on the pc , wasnt until howard stern made it prime time an they made it 3d..That gta got all the attention it did..No one heard about it before than..So look up your facts before u tell some one elses facts are wrong..

And two new posters isn't really newsworthy, is it? When I saw a tracked GTAV update come through, I thought - AWESOME, confirmed release date! Nahh... Just two posters. [rage face]
We all no that gta started on the pc thats why..The pc has the greatest graphics in the world why should we be shunned..We buy games just as much as you console owners also..So its not fair that the shun the system they started in..Think thats total bull crap..Like red dead shouldve been on the pc also an wasnt..Thats a lot of sales they missed out on..
Every single GTA came out on consoles, it never started on PC. I don't know where everyone is getting this idea, an dI hate hearing it spread around like a fact.
It is still pretty silly to think they wouldn't release on PC, and if they don't a poor marketing decision on their part.
@xFishBowlx @Gladestone1 It did start on PC, it was released on the PS1 a few month later, it only takes a simple google search to find this out.
I'm hoping that after GTA V there should be a sequel to either Red Dead or Bully, those were great games.. ^_^
@Matthew-first Yeah, I'm kind of in the same boat. I like driving around the cities but it seems like all of the missions are rinse and repeats. I really hope Rockstar makes up for that somehow. I like the 3 protagonists, that is really unique. I'm sure the story will be good but I'm more about the journey. All Niko Belic was, was a hitman. All you did in GTA 4 was kill people from mission to mission. Got old quick.

why is rockstar supporting a console only (xbox 360/) which is 7 years old and pc is far ahead of it's time already :(
why not the pc release rockstar? pc version should come out first as pc has been next gen for years now well ahead of the 7 year xbox 360 lol.
@sam628 Oh it's coming to PC, let them release it for consoles first and give Rockstar a few months to port it over and work out some issues they had with GTA 4. I don't mind waiting for the superior version.

Edit: Brand Spankin New too. No pre-owned. They deserve that much. I also agree with pre-owned games, because that also generates sales from people who might not like or have followed GTA but will give it a shot for a reasonable price.

@Cartteros - Rockstar games deliver.I didn't like GTAIV too much but GTA3,Vice City,San Andreas,Red Dead Redemption and Bully are some of the best games I've ever played.So much better than the competition.You could never overhype a Rockstar game.

2 Like Man I can't wait for this game!!! Been too long since I had a GTA game to play. And after this please please please work on another Red Dead game pleeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaase... I like Red Dead Redemption better than GTA but that's just my opinion of course, and GTA is still an amazing game series.

This was its a total surprise, theres nothing like playing a game for the first time.
